Will we disclose this information?

Holmes The Mortgage People may disclose this information to its employees should you instruct us to act on your behalf, (in order for us to deal efficiently and expediently with your instruction) along with any lender(s) and insurers we may approach with a view to providing you with suitable advice/products.

In the event that Holmes The Mortgage People or any of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information acquired by us may be one of the assets transferred.

Holmes The Mortgage People is an appointed representative of Genesis Home Loans Plc, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the conduct of non-investment insurance and mortgage business. Second charges, commercial loans and buy-to-let mortgages (where the resident is not related to the borrower) are not subject to Financial Services Authority regulations.
